Time flies!

Good grief!  Is it really April!?

All is well here... still alive and kickin!  Those who know me, know I'm a pretty sporadic blogger!  That happens when you're running a household with 2 teenagers, and a husband who is deployed most of our lives, haha.

Last month I escaped the great NorthWET and headed to Maui to meet up with my sister...  Oh how I wish I could have stayed there sprawled out under a palm tree forever.

As an island girl, through and through, it does my heart (and tan) good to breath in the fresh ocean air, prance around on the sand, and watch whales breach!

Just checking in here to let you all know I'm still kickin' butt and takin' names!  :)  Spring Break is almost over and I'm seriously hoping to get back into my "routine" again!   Clearly, as soon as I do, it will be time to go meet up with my husband for his R&R for a couple weeks!  Woohoo!

Speaking of my husband, aka "The White Boy" - how awesome is this photo?  Swoon!
That is one bad-ass soldier, right there!  :)

Much love to you, my sweet bloggedy-friends!  Don't give up on me - I pinky swear I will get my creative joo-joo back soon!

Mwuah from me to you, and Happy Easter!

Tia, hope your Easter was wonderful, even without B there. That is one butt kicking photo. Al was a fighting Marine and still thinks he is. He was a bad arse when he finished his duty. Love the Maui pictures. I'm still waiting for my daughter to send her to me. I know she had a super time also. They went camping for Easter---to cold for me to camp out, but she is very adventerous. Hope to see some creativity from you soon and enjoy your R&R with B. Luv Ya, Pat

Tia, so nice to see you back in the Islands. Photos are great.
Maui is terrific, but Oahu is better!
Come visit sometime.

Love the photos of Hawaii. The flamingos look to be at Hilton. Or are they? I miss the Islands every time I am away and can imagine how you feel.
1959 when I first came here, you know statehood!
My Mum got locked in Woolworth downtown, did not hear closing bell.
I remember the old Pali, wow!
